READ MY STORY
I'm a writer, speaker, artist, and a creative force who’s lived enough lives for at least three memoirs—and I'm only getting started.
I'm a writer, speaker, artist, and a creative force who’s lived enough lives for at least three memoirs—and I'm only getting started.
I worked with top designers in NYC before life’s plot twists pulled me into new seasons: wife, mom, interior designer, entrepreneur, gallery artist, costume designer, CrossFit athlete, Bible study leader, and yes—even pageant queen.
But behind the achievements is a story marked by faith, grit, and resilience. Hit the link below to discover more and perhaps you'll see a bit of yourself in my story.

I've weathered storms of loss, trauma, and setbacks that could fill a trilogy. Yet every hard chapter has been forged in faith—and ultimately drawn me closer to the Lord. Today, I writes with humor, honesty, and a north-meets-south candor that reminds women they don’t have to fake it (even on Sunday mornings when the mascara’s running and the coffee’s cold).

My forthcoming books—Unzipped: A Fashion Designer’s Letters to Her Younger Self, Empty-ish Nest, and Faith Forged—blend raw storytelling with faith, sarcasm, and hope.
My mission is simple: to help women discover who God actually created them to be—beyond expectations, masks, and messiness. I'm especially passionate about encouraging women who feel overwhelmed, anxious about the future, or stuck in the cycles of despair and isolation. I know firsthand those cycles are real—but so is God’s power to break them.
When I'm not writing, painting, or running kids around, you’ll find me lifting weights, attempting to learn to play tennis (emphasis on attempting), or laughing too loud with my husband, kids, best friends, and one very spoiled Shih Tzu.
Have a story to tell? I’d love to hear it. Let’s begin with a simple note.
